What is Italianicity?

Italianicity is a conversational app dedicated to Italy. You can use it to understand, discover, choose and explore Italy-related topics through Chat, Chapters, Journal, Library, Memory and, where available, research and Discovery features.

How do I create an account?

An account is required to use Italianicity. Available sign-in methods depend on the platform and app configuration. Your account allows conversations, Chapters, Journal, Library, Memory and settings to stay synchronized.

Does Italianicity remember what I write?

Italianicity may use personal memory to provide continuity across conversations. Memory is user-controlled: you can view, correct, pause or delete remembered information using the controls available in the app. When memory is paused, Italianicity should not use or add new personal memories until you turn it back on.

Can I export my data?

Yes. From Account → Export my data you can request a copy of your account data. To protect your account, a recent identity verification may be required. The export is prepared securely and the download may only remain available for a limited period.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can start account deletion from the app. A fresh identity verification and explicit confirmation may be required to prevent accidental deletion. Deletion may require a controlled technical completion period. Limited data may be retained where required by law, security needs or legitimate obligations. A subscription purchased through Apple or Google may need to be managed separately in the relevant Store.

How is my data used?

Italianicity uses data needed to provide and secure the service, operate the features you choose, manage your account, improve reliability and quality, and comply with applicable obligations. Ordinary telemetry should not indiscriminately contain the full text of private conversations, Memory, Journal, Library or uploaded documents. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

Can sponsors or advertisers read my conversations?

No. Italianicity does not authorize sponsors or advertisers to access individual conversations, uploaded documents, Memory, Journal, Library or personal profile data. Commercial relationships do not alter Italianicity Judgment.

Does Italianicity sell my personal data?

No. Italianicity’s product baseline does not authorize the sale of personal data.

Can Italianicity be wrong?

Yes. Italianicity uses artificial intelligence systems and external information sources and may make mistakes, omit information or misunderstand a request. For legal, medical, financial, safety or other high-impact decisions, always verify with qualified sources or professionals.

Why do I sometimes see sources?

When a request calls for it, Italianicity may use a corpus, the web or other sources to support a response. Sources may be shown when useful for action or verification.

Can I use Italianicity if I am under 18?

No. Italianicity is intended for users aged 18 or older.

Is Premium always available?

No. Commercial and Premium features may be activated, changed or suspended over time. When a paid plan is available, pricing, renewal, cancellation, restore and purchase-related terms follow the applicable Store rules and the information shown in the app.

How do I report a technical problem or a problematic answer?

Email support@italianicity.com and, where possible, include:

• what you were trying to do;
• what happened;
• your device and app version;
• a screenshot or screen recording, avoiding unnecessary sensitive information.

Do not send passwords, access codes, tokens or credentials.

How do I exercise my privacy rights?

You can use the controls available in the app or email support@italianicity.com. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account.
